Return Policy

Return Policy for Traceability Application Refunds

We do not offer refunds for purchases made through Trace. All sales are final.

Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription to the Trace at any time. However, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

In-app Purchases

Any in-app purchases made through Trace are final and non-refundable.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with Trace, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve any technical issues to the best of our ability.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any user’s subscription to Trace for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our terms and conditions or misuse of the application.

Refund Policy

At Agriyoda Innovations, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. We understand that there may be situations where our customers may request a refund. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for our Trace application.

Refund eligibility:

We offer refunds for the Trace subscription if the customer requests it within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide a valid reason for the request. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Trace application.

Refund process:

Once we receive the refund request, our team will review it within 3-5 business days. If the request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account.

Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases. If we believe that a customer is abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account.

GDPR compliance:

Welcome to Trace, a supply chain management application for the B2B sector in agriculture, provided by Agriyoda Innovations. By using Trace, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read them carefully before using our application.

• Use Trace to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Agriyoda Innovations be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Trace.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Agriyoda Innovations harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of Trace.

Termination

Agriyoda Innovations may terminate your use of Trace at any time and for any reason without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Trace.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

By continuing to use Trace, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions. By using Trace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
