Refund Policy
At Agriyoda Innovations, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

We offer refunds for the Trace subscription if the customer requests it within 14 days of
purchase.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the

We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases

Use Trace to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive
nature

In no event shall Agriyoda Innovations be liable to you or any third party for any damages
arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Trace.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Agriyoda Innovations harmless from and against any
and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related
to your use of Trace.
Termination
Agriyoda Innovations may terminate your use of Trace at any time and for any reason without
notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Trace.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
India without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in
connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts located in India.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Agriyoda Innovations may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most

By continuing to use Trace, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
